At House of Koyal, every piece is curated with care and crafted to be cherished. We want your experience with us to be as graceful as the garments you wear. Should you ever feel that a piece does not meet your expectations, we are here to make it right.
Return Window
We gladly accept return requests within 7 days of your order being delivered. To be considered for a return, your piece must be in its original, unworn condition — with all tags intact, original packaging preserved, and accompanied by your proof of purchase.
A Note on Sizing
Our current collections are offered in a single, thoughtfully designed size intended to be inclusive and flattering. We encourage you to review the size details on each product page before placing your order. If you have any questions about fit, our team is happy to assist you before purchase.
On Colours & Photography
Each piece at House of Koyal is photographed with the utmost care. However, the richness of handcrafted fabrics — silks, brocades, and embroidered textiles — may appear slightly different across screens due to display settings and studio lighting. Subtle variations in colour are a natural characteristic of artisanal ethnic wear and are not considered defects.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take the quality of every order seriously. Should you receive a piece that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photographs. We will resolve the matter promptly and with care.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items purchased during sale or promotional events
- Gift cards
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or returned without their original tags and packaging
Exchanges
To ensure you receive your preferred piece without delay, we recommend initiating a return for the original item and placing a fresh order once your return has been approved. This allows us to reserve the piece for you at the earliest opportunity.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin your return, please reach out to our team at houseofkoyal@gmail.com. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label along with all necessary instructions. Please do not send any item back before receiving confirmation from our team — unrequested returns cannot be accepted.
Refund Process
Upon receiving your returned item, our team will carefully inspect it and notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the credit. Should 15 business days pass after approval without a refund, please write to us at houseofkoyal@gmail.com and we will look into it immediately.
